Premier property with premier boat slip accommodating a 45' boat at Bowers Harbor. A truly rare offering on Old Mission Peninsula--where panoramic views of both East and West Grand Traverse Bay become part of your everyday backdrop. Properties like this don't come around often, and for good reason: you simply can't recreate this vantage point. Set on 11.89 acres, this historic 1914 stone home blends timeless character with modern updates, surrounded by rolling countryside, mature trees, and vineyard landscapes. The main residence offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with 2,626 finished square feet, thoughtfully positioned to capture water views from multiple angles. Beyond the home, the property delivers unmatched versatility: Attached 1-car garage, detached 3-car garage barn with classic Northern Michigan charm, and a large pole barn with dual doors, ideal for equipment, storage, or hobby use. Also includes automatic whole house backup generator. Whether you're looking for a private estate, working farm, or a legacy property on Old Mission, this is a setting that simply cannot be duplicated.
