Brooks Wilcox has a unique enthusiasm for real estate, and it comes from a very personal place. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Adventure Education, Brooks began a career as a State of Michigan Park Ranger, fostering his love of the outdoors.
A turning point came during his homeownership journey, as he and his wife were relocating up to northern Michigan. It was here that Brooks crossed paths with another Brick & Corbett agent, one who ultimately sold them their home and became a lifelong friend in the process. Driven by this firsthand experience, as well as the sense of serenity and pride that home ownership continues to bring, Brooks became driven in his real estate career toward making his name synonymous with trust and open communication, placing a strong emphasis on relationship-building. His family-first attitude, coupled with the belief that real estate should always be personal rather than transactional, makes him a natural fit with the Brick & Corbett team at RE/MAX Bayshore.
With his love of the outdoors now recreational, Brooks can usually be found enjoying his time away from work in the fresh air with his dog and growing family, hiking, kayaking, or searching the beach for stones. In moments of solitude, Brooks revels in the simple pleasures of nature, typically hunting or fishing, always eager to return to the home and family he so cherishes.
